WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
Personal information collected on https://elementsre.com may include:

  • Your phone number
  • Any additional comments you wish to submit

This information is collected through our contact forms, which are filled out by the user. If you have not filled out a contact form on our website with your information, we do not have any of the above information about you.

We collect this information for the sole purpose of contacting our users when they have submitted a request for us to do so.

Technical information, such as cookies, are collected for the purpose of tracking

COMMENTS
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string for the purpose of spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

MEDIA
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

CONTACT FORMS
When you fill out a contact form on our website, your information is transmitted directly to Elements Real Estate. Your information will be used by Elements to contact you regarding your inquiry. Any contact or other information submitted through a contact form on our website will never be shared with any third parties outside of Elements Real Estate, and we will not contact you outside of your inquiry without your express advance permission.

COOKIES
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks.

If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Elements Real Estate collects analytics information about its visitors. We collect certain demographic information (i.e., what city our visitors are browsing from, or what search terms were used to locate our website). None of the analytics information we collect is personally identifiable, and the information collected is used for the purpose of helping us determine what types of content to feature on our website that will offer the most value to our visitors.

Elements Real Estate respects your privacy and does not share our users’ information with any third-party entities, with the exception of instances where it is required in order to fulfill a request by the client (i.e., to ship an order). We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, contact forms, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

YOUR ACCESS TO AND CONTROL OVER INFORMATION
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Any contact information collected on elementsre.com is utilized to fulfill requests from the user. We do not share or sell contact information to outside parties.

Wherever we collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon in your web browser, or by looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (i.e., billing or customer service) are granted access to Personally Identifiable Information. The computers/servers on which we store PII are kept in a secure environment.
