COVID-19 NOTICE

 

At Elements, the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community is of the utmost importance to us. The current global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has undoubtedly impacted everyone, and it has brought an abrupt change to how we all do business.  As a result, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our physical location in El Segundo to be in compliance with state guidelines. We felt this action necessary to keep our clients, staff, and families safe, and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus in our community. 

What does this mean for our real estate services?

Fortunately, many of our services can be conducted remotely. All documents can be signed and authorized digitally. If you would like to see a property, we are offering virtual showings via video call. We are still fully available during our regular business hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 10am-2pm (PST).
