This information is collected through our contact forms, which are filled out by the user. If you have not filled out a contact form on our website with your information, we do not have any of the above information about you.

We collect this information for the sole purpose of contacting our users when they have submitted a request for us to do so.

COMMENTS
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string for the purpose of spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

MEDIA
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

CONTACT FORMS
When you fill out a contact form on our website, your information is transmitted directly to Elements Real Estate. Your information will be used by Elements to contact you regarding your inquiry. Any contact or other information submitted through a contact form on our website will never be shared with any third parties outside of Elements Real Estate, and we will not contact you outside of your inquiry without your express advance permission.

Elements Real Estate collects analytics information about its visitors. Elements Real Estate respects your privacy and does not share our users’ information with any third-party entities, with the exception of instances where it is required in order to fulfill a request by the client (i.e., to ship an order). We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, contact forms, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

YOUR ACCESS TO AND CONTROL OVER INFORMATION
